- A valid government-issued ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Watan.
- Non-commercial photography and filming are encouraged and allowed in all areas, excluding the use of wearable devices inside the Palace or Palace grounds.
- Valet parking is available at the Visitor Center car park at a charge of AED 80. It is available from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, 7 days a week.
- There are no cloakroom or locker facilities available on the Palace grounds. Visitors are encouraged to leave their excess belongings at home or in their vehicles.
- In consideration for other visitors, mobile phones must be switched to silent.
- There are prayer rooms available for both men and women at the Visitor Centre and Zayed Gate.
